- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

You will fall in love with this immaculate 4 bedroom home that includes an amazing gameroom. New Italian style furnishings throughout, tons of light, and is a completely renovated space. The game area is an amazing feature for both adults and kids. You will fall in love with the heart of Hollywood as this home is super close to festive downtown, the art circle, and the beach. All are less than 5 minutes drive away and Hollywood beach is less than a 10 minute walk.

This amazing home is a newly renovated space with new designer furnishings throughout, you will truly feel like your on a high end luxury beach vacation. We supply all bed linens, bath towels and also starter sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We can also supply baby items such as pack n play and highchair upon request.

Kitchen-Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots and pans. It is also stocked with spices, coffee and creamers. Ample cabinetry and plenty of counter space.

*Bedrooms 1-4 are located upstairs. *

Bedroom 1 Sleeps 4-Huge Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub and double vanity, and outdoor balcony. Queen pull-out sofa bed.
Bedroom 2/ Sleeps 2-Queen bed and en-suite bath.
Bedroom 3/Sleeps 2-Two full size beds with en-suite bath.
Bedroom 4/Sleeps 2-Queen bed and en-suite bath.

Bathrooms-Each upstairs bedroom has an attached bathroom, and there is a full bath also located downstairs on the first floor.

Dining Room-Dining table and chairs for 8 guests. 4 pull up bar chairs to kitchen bar area.

Game area-located downstairs off kitchen and has foose-ball, air hockey and also a gaming station. Pull out sofa that sleeps 1 (preferably a child)

All TV are Roku TV (No Cable). Roku uses Netflix, Direct tv, Hulu, or any internet based movie/tv service. You may use your own streaming accounts.

No Backyard

Guests have access to entire home except for doors marked DesignedVR Staff only.

No Loud music
No people in the house except booked guests
All gatherings must be moved inside home at 11pm. No yelling or loud noises outside past 11pm.
Driveway can for 2 cars comfortably and is on a hill - it is elevated off a main street and has 3 small steps to access home.
Late checkout is 100$ per hour each hour past 11am and subject to management approval. Late checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
