The space
This sleek towering three level villa sits on a private road away from crowds and traffic. Three levels of luxe equipped with open floor plan, plenty of common areas, luxuriant amenities and a private elevator to transport you between all 4 levels.
There are 6 private guest suites with en suite bathrooms. Each room has a private bathroom, smart TV with cable, clean white towels and Brooklinen bedding.
Creating and planning meals is easy and fun in the well appointed kitchen stocked with high end appliances, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and plenty of utensils. Extensive cupboard and pantry space for food storage and supplies and a large Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer to hold enough food to last a family months.
The sleek game room boasts a professional billiards table and arcade and the state of the art plush movie theater is perfect for lazy days inside. Need to unwind a bit? Go ahead and sweat out some toxins in the private dry sauna.
Enjoy some safe and secluded sunshine by visiting the private pool and jacuzzi area or atop the 2k square foot rooftop deck with bbq grill, fire pit and tiki bar. Watch over the city from high atop Sunset Plaza Drive. Safe and swanky at its finest.

Guest access
Reserving guest must be at check in. No one is allowed into the home before person on the reservation. Door codes, keys and or remotes are not given directly to guest. Upon arrival you will be greeted personally by an LMR property manager who will show you around the property, show you how to operate things in the home and answer any questions you might have. At this time you will be given codes, keys and or remote. Throughout your stay our team will be at your disposable should you need anything. We look forward to hosting you!

Other things to note
Pool/spa and home itself is not child proofed. There isn't gates to the pool, preventing access to them, they are open. You are and assume all responsibility for the safety of your children while staying at this property.
