Welcome to Buena Vista on Dataw Island. Buena Vista is true to it's name with beautiful views of the nearby tidal marsh and flanked by lovely green golf course fairways. This 2 bedroom villa has never been rented and is new to the vacation rental market. While it is modern and stylish, it is also comfortable and peaceful. Perfect for a quiet getaway.

The first floor is comprised of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, and deck with two Adirondack chairs. On the second floor, the master bedroom and bathroom reside with great views through panoramic windows. The first bedroom offers a queen sized bed, large closet, cable television, and en-suite bathroom. You'll love the beautiful glass shower. The kitchen is wonderfully modern with white counters and sleek cabinets.

Featuring a large island, you can still enjoy the views or talking to guests while cooking a meal. The dining area seats six people and you can take in the views from the large windows adjacent to the dining room table. With an open floor plan and high ceilings, the living room makes you feel at home as you enjoy watching some television or reading one of the many books in the bookshelf. Upstairs, the bedroom has a queen sized bed and full closet. The upstairs bedroom does not offer a television but the panoramic windows and interior balcony offer an open feel which is hard to beat. The large bathroom upstairs offers a double vanity, beautiful tile and glass shower, and even a bidet.

While enjoying your time at Buena Vista, be sure to take full advantage of the amenities which are offered by Dataw island. As our guest, you have access to the pool, tennis courts, marina, docks, walking paths, golf, and fitness center. Nearby, we also have historical sites and Hunting Island State Park where you can find wild untouched natural beaches. We apologize but pets are not permitted. Please note that there is maximum parking for two cars.

If you are looking for additional space, this home is located directly next door to An Nead. Great for two families that want to be close by!

As our gift to you for booking with us, we offer free admission to select Sea Islands and Beaufort attractions. Called the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Kazoo Factory, the Escape Room and a free kayak rental.
