With upscale contemporary decor, and high-end finishes, this is sure to be your new favorite home away from home. Invite the whole group, this home comfortably sleeps 14 guests. The private, heated saltwater pool and spa with large tanning shelf surrounded by 6 lounge chairs and two umbrellas for relaxing poolside. Take in a soak and those panoramic views in the Jacuzzi spa.

The covered patio has seating for 8 at a sectional and two club chairs. The outdoor Kitchen features a built-in BBQ on natural gas, sink, drink cooler, mini fridge, and stovetop with 2 burners. There is an attached stone table that has seating for 6. Continuing indoors, the great room features a collection of 2 oversize cushioned chairs, large sectional sofa for 6, ceiling fan, HDTV, and glass doors that lead to the covered patio.

The formal dining table has seats for 8, located just off the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen has everything you will need to display your culinary skills with slab granite countertops and large center island, with 4 bar seats, that is sure to provide space for everyone to create an amazing meal together. Kitchen appliances include a Wolf gas range with 8 burners, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, mini wine fridge, and individual oversized fridge and freezer.

The Master suite is privately located at one end of the house and features a King sized bed, patio access, ceiling fan and HDTV. The en-suite master bathroom features dual sinks and vanities, water closet, open tiled shower, and an oversized soaking tub. No master would be complete without a large walk-in closet. The detached guest house is ideal for those looking for privacy and a little extra room to spread out. The casita bedroom has a King bed, private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with sink, shower, and water closet.

Also in the casita is a sitting area with sofa bed, TV, and mini kitchenette with sink. Behind the casita is a private outdoor shower. Suite 3 is located in the main house and features a bunk bed with Full on bottom and Twin on top, a day bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

Suite 4 features two Queen beds, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet and direct patio access. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tiled shower. Suite 5 features a Queen murphy bed, desk, ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with shelves only. This room shares one of the en-suite bathrooms.
