Island Time is a lovely three-level duplex townhome—located in between mid-Island and the quiet North End of the island—that can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms with 2 baths. It is ideally situated 3 blocks from the beach, and Memorial Park is a short walk away.

The ground level features a festive outdoor space replete with a deck, cabana, moderately heated 8' x 10' in-ground pool, outdoor bar and gas grill. Enjoy a spirited game of pool in the game room on this level or take in a movie on the flat-screen TV in the media room—which is fully stocked with games, DVD’s, various gaming systems, as well as movie theater-style seats.

The main level features a sunny open plan living area. Home chefs will relish cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, with its granite counter-tops, stainless-steel appliances, food processor, and air fryer. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 6, or at the breakfast bar with room for 2.

There is a charming screened-in porch off the kitchen which features picturesque wooded views, as well as outdoor furniture—making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

The kitchen and dining areas flow seamlessly into the comfortable living room with flat-screen TV, 2 plush reclining sofas, 1 recliner, and wet bar.

There is an en-suite bathroom on the main level, with a double vanity, shower and separate jetted tub. The laundry room with washer and dryer is off the living room. There is another Jack-and-Jill bathroom on the third level of the home.

Island Time comes replete with 4 bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
